As the executive accountable for HR, Lisa led people strategy and implementation for global transformation of an ASX listed corporation with 50,000+ people. 


The transformation over a number of years involved operating model design change, disposal, acquisition and sell down of subsidiaries, creation of new subsidiaries, cost out program, rebranding and cultural change.


For three consecutive years following major transformation change, the corporation was listed in LinkedIn's Top 10 companies to work in Australia.

People Digital Blueprint and Back Office Efficiency

To be more agile and competitive, Lisa has led multiple HR digital and back office transformation programs over the last 12 years. These have included consolidation of multiple payroll systems, outsourcing of payroll processing, HR digital blueprint, global cloud-based HRIS implementation strategy, consolidation of learning management systems, outsourcing Accounts Payable and IT services.

The complex blue and white collar payroll systems change and services outsourcing program was completed without industrial relations impact, realised multi-million dollar benefit and delivered payroll performance management against agreed KPIs.

Together with a pragmatic style, she supports leaders to deliver complex transformations and improved team and company performance without over-engineering the solution. With years of practical experience as an executive and strong evidence-based foundations, she knows the levers to pull  to achieve quick wins and sustainable improvements.

Her passion is human rights and how companies can make ethical and inclusive decisions and charge their performance.

​

Lisa has a Doctorate in Psychology (Org.), is a member of the Chief Executive Women and a Graduate of the Australian Company Director course.
